Get Involved

The Powwow is always looking for volunteers. Volunteer tasks include ticket and program sales, working in the hospitality room, general security, and runners/general help. Volunteers receive a free day’s admission, a volunteer badge and the grateful appreciation of the Committee.

Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form. We will host an in-person and hybrid volunteer training one week prior to the Powwow.  However, if you can not make the training date we still want you as a volunteer!

Group volunteering is welcomed as well and encouraged. Thank you! Miigwetch! We look forward to seeing you Powwow weekend!

Vendors

If you are interested in being a vendor, please fill out this form. The Powwow planning committee reserves the right to deny vendor applications that produce culturally insensitive or mass-produced items. The vendor application requests photos of a vendor’s goods, and if the application is sent without a photo, a vendor cannot be accepted until a photo is uploaded to the form or sent to danceformotherearth@gmail.com. The vendor fee is $200.00 for a single 10’x10’ space and increases to $400.00 for two 10’x10′ spaces in the main floor space of the high school.

Non-profits

If you are interested in participating in the Dance for Mother Earth Powwow as a non-profit organization, please fill out this form. The Powwow planning committee reserves the right to deny non-profits who are not offering services or information that are of benefit to the Native community. Non-profits are not required to pay to be part of the Powwow. Non-profits will be provided a table, two chairs and  10’x10′ space in the high school.

Donate
